To ensure seamless coordination in multi-camera productions, we integrate timecode sync into our workflow. This meticulous approach to equipment selection underscores our dedication to achieving exceptional standards in video production.

Every video project is unique, and at our studio, we customize the timeline based on its scope and complexity. Whether it's a quick promo or an intricate cinematic vision, we adapt to your needs.

The size of our film crew depends on the complexity of your project. For relatively straightforward talking-head interviews or testimonial videos, we offer the expertise of a 'self-shooting' videographer, capable of working independently to capture all essential footage.

Our standard preference leans towards a two- or three-person crew, consisting of a dedicated producer/director responsible for overseeing the filming process and conducting interviews. Additionally, we deploy one or two skilled camera operators focused on the nuanced aspects of both visual and technical requirements. This approach ensures a more comprehensive and effective coverage of the video's key messages.

In instances where the complexity of filming demands additional expertise, we may recommend supplementary crew members, such as extra camera operators, a proficient sound recordist, or a specialized drone operator.

It's important to note that the costs associated with these additional roles will be meticulously detailed separately in our quotation, maintaining transparency and clarity in our service offering.

Each project varies, but in general, the production process can be categorized into three main phases:

Pre-production:
During this stage, we collaborate with you to gain a comprehensive understanding of your business and jointly define your video requirements. Key inquiries may include identifying your target audience, determining the desired platforms for publication, and outlining the essential messages for communication. Subsequently, we develop a video outline and/or detailed script, finalize budgets, and coordinate filming dates in consultation with you.

Production:
Also known as 'filming,' this phase is what most people envision when discussing video creation. Our team captures all necessary footage, which may include interviews, event coverage, or product demonstrations. Filming can take place at your location, our studio, or other relevant sites aligned with the video's messaging.

Post-production:
After capturing all the footage, we initiate the editing process, shaping the material into a coherent narrative. Additionally, we incorporate graphics, titles, and music as needed. You will have the opportunity to review one or more drafts, providing feedback before the finalization of the project.

We keep backup copies of all footage and project files for a minimum of six (6) months. Revisiting and updating older projects is part of our service, especially if there are changes to your branding or if you wish to incorporate updated facts and figures related to your business. It's important to note that after six months, we charge for additional storage.

For maximum backup and security, we ensure that during those six months, all footage is backed up to our secure on-site server and the cloud server. This dual backup approach guarantees the preservation of your project data, providing added layers of protection against unforeseen events. If data sensitivity is a concern, rest assured that upon project completion, we are more than willing to delete all our copies of the media to address any privacy considerations.
